The aim with this programme is to initiate you into basic barbell training and, spanning 12 weeks, assist you in establishing a robust foundation for further advancement, whether in strength training or other athletic pursuits - ideally both.  Additional tips, add-ons and supplementary articles are included to support your training and reinforce our mindset.  Consider this document a foundational guide outlining minimum expectations, infused with segments of our philosophy and overarching objectives.
